As per last week of April, a few parts of the land is being cleared, however the rest are still on negotiation with the locals.

3. Sei Semayang Interchange & Toll Gate
This interchange and toll gate is located in Deli Serdang District area, exactly in Sei Semayang Village, Sunggal Subdistrict. The location is somehow remote, it is 6 km from the Medan – Binjai National Road. Thus the development is also including the upgrade of small existing road (Orde Baru Street) which will serve as access road from the national road to the Sei Semayang Toll Gate/Interchange.

4. Binjai Interchange & Toll
This is the end of Medan – Binjai Toll Road, which meets the Eastern Ring Road of Binjai City (Jl. Megawati). At the end, vehicles to Aceh can turn right to the national road. While vehicles to Binjai City can either turn right or turn left, it has almost the same distance to the Binjai downtown.
However before meeting Binjai Toll Gate, vehicles shall go out from an interchange, because as planned the toll road will be continuously built to the Northern of Langkat District, goes as far to Aceh Province. So the interchange will serve as Binjai Interchange.

Ini merupakan titik akhir Jalan Tol Medan Binjai, dimana akan bersimpangan dengan Jalan Lingkar Timur Kota Binjai (Jl. Megawati).
